On November 1, 2022 Cloudflare officially declared End-of-Life for its cPanel plugin that provided one-click setup and access to certain common CF admin functions (CF/cP integration had been deprecated a year earlier).

So, what does this mean?
Well, nothing to me. I never saw the point of CF/cP integration and never used it, though I’m sure it had its fans.
The one-click setup seemed gimmicky, since CF is quite easy to setup manually, and it wasn’t really one-click since I still had to point my nameservers to CF through my registrar. The limited CF admin functionality provided through cPanel also didn’t make sense to me. I can just as easily login to my CF dashboard where I have full admin functionality.
Worse, at least way back years ago when I looked into it, setting up CF through cP only activated the “www” domain – so www.wppov.com would work but wppov.com would not. That seemed stupidly antiquated, even at the time, though I’m guessing that got fixed at some point.
And finally, I no longer use cPanel. I switched to DirectAdmin after the greedy, treacherous betrayal by the evil villains at Oakley Capital. CF never offered DA integration.
